Cyencin, Magic Edition

So, for those who haven't looked at my modern-era Cyencin, this is an alternate version of Earth (no, literally, they've got the same continents) with all the fantasy elements. Humans are relatively weak in terms of magic, but they have near-limitless magical transfer rates. Use this however you like.
